Weird Experience Not Buying a Car Contacted them via internet about a Toyota RAV4. Next morning, I got an email and phone call from Joy. Horrible, unprofessional To summarize: they are horrible and extremely unprofessional. To expand: We went to Route 22 after we tried to work out a lease on a Corolla at Toyota Universe, which BTW, everyone there (at Toyota Universe) were super nice and extremely professional (we'll come back to them later...read on). Toyota Highlander 2017 purchase I bought Toyota highlander 2017 and total price is coming around 41K including tax. Even after deducing corporate certificate of 1500$ When i was looking out with friends, which is like 2200$ extra compare to other agencies. Even asked the itemized bill and almost one month over and no bill yet. Even called them up many times and always busy and voice mails. Frustrated with this kind of agencies.

The worst service I leased RAV4 Hybrid 2016 last month. The entire process took nearly 7 hours. The sales team and all other department did not communicate well. So the documentation rejected the offer and increased the lease amount at the last moment. They did not have a catalog of the car. They forgot to place the car mats so I had to buy by myself. The registration arrived at the last day..... This is the worst experience I have had ever.
stay away I trade in my car at may 5th until now they didn't pay it off yet, WTH? Get me aggravated, try to call them nobody have answer, pass me to here n here still the same, if u have trade in good luck with that
Was Not Pleased... So today I went in for the second time with a problem on my Navigation System. The first time they seemed to have changed it completely and now I head over there for a repair and they bring to my attention that the GPs was installed by an outside source when I had no idea. Stay Away I would stay far away from this dealership. While my salesman, Thomas, was hardworking and sincere, albeit inexperienced, his manager was downright abusive. I knew exactly what car I wanted and negotiated the deal over the phone for an ?out the door price?. I didn?t want any surprises. They deliver like no one else . Thats for sure!! What a dealership. Stay away !!! Poor work ethics.
Really Fast Response to my email but No follow up I requested information and Pictures on 2 Toyota Camry's and I received a phone call instantaneously, then i asked the Lady if she read about my requests for pictures to which she assured me that a sales person would be in touch that would send me the pictures as soon as they were done cleaning the snow and other dirt from the car and that was it. I did not receive any more calls or emails from them...Naturally, I moved on to another company.
