I have been a resident at Rovena Apartments for quite some time, and I can honestly say that Ms. Shan has been the best property manager this community has had. From the very beginning, she was honest and transparent about the community, taking the time to discuss both its strengths and any areas that were still being improved. Shon took me on a tour today for a one bedroom I must say I love the one bedroom very spacious. Shon customer service was amazing I will be applying today. Thanks again shon for your great customer service I’m looking forward to calling rovena my new home.
I have to give all the praises to the women Ahshondra (Manager) & Aubrey (leasing agent) and the Gentleman Cam (leasing agent) for the amazing service they gave me during the application process. It was a little confusing at the time I applied due to the changing of the application process, but they made it happen.
