I have been a resident at Rovena Apartments for quite some time, and I can honestly say that Ms. Shan has been the best property manager this community has had. From the very beginning, she was honest and transparent about the community, taking the time to discuss both its strengths and any areas that were still being improved. Tamia at Rovena at Mount Zion made my apartment search such a personal and comforting experience from the very first interaction. As a young lady looking for a place to call home, I immediately felt welcomed by her warm spirit and genuinely cheerful personality. I have to give all the praises to the women Ahshondra (Manager) & Aubrey (leasing agent) and the Gentleman Cam (leasing agent) for the amazing service they gave me during the application process. It was a little confusing at the time I applied due to the changing of the application process, but they made it happen. DO NOT move here. The manager Shan has a nasty attitude, DIRTY hallways and stairwells full of dead giant water bugs that’s been there for weeks, at night there are dozens of baby frogs, ant and spider problem coming from BEHIND the microwave and inside the wall. thin walls you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The pool has been closed for weeks now. The property is nice but they don’t keep up with the cleanliness of it AT ALL. I’d recommend surrounding properties the money you pay here is NOT worth it
This community has been an oasis of a blessing in a time that seemed nothing but deserted. Yet like a seed buried beneath the snow in the dead of winter, this community did too, spring forth in the spring of 2025. And stretched forth her branches with welcoming arms, a nest to rest, and it's fruitfulness. I thank the Lord God for having sent Miss Shondra, Miss Aubrey, and Mr.Cameron to steward this loving community together. And it is an honor to be here with you all. Thank you!
