I have been a resident at Rovena Apartments for quite some time, and I can honestly say that Ms. Shan has been the best property manager this community has had. From the very beginning, she was honest and transparent about the community, taking the time to discuss both its strengths and any areas that were still being improved. I really appreciated that level of honesty because it helped set realistic expectations. Any concerns I’ve had since living here have been addressed professionally and promptly. I have been a resident at Rovena for a year now, and I’m moving out only because of my home purchase. Otherwise, I definitely would’ve continued my stay here! I can truly say that my experience here has been nothing short of amazing! The property has always been well-maintained, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail and commitment to providing a comfortable living environment. It’s clear that the team takes pride in their work and truly values their residents. Moreover, I want to express my genuine gratitude to Ms... read more
Tamia at Rovena at Mount Zion made my apartment search such a personal and comforting experience from the very first interaction. As a young lady looking for a place to call home, I immediately felt welcomed by her warm spirit and genuinely cheerful personality. She made me feel comfortable, respected, and heard every time we spoke. Whether I called, emailed, or visited in person, she always responded with kindness, patience, and an upbeat attitude that made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. What stood out most... read more
Anjelicca performed exceptionally well, earning an 11/10 rating and a strong recommendation for a raise. I am pleased we met and bonded with her, and I am glad we secured this opportunity. The home is beautiful, and we submitted our application the same day.
DO NOT move here. The manager Shan has a nasty attitude, DIRTY hallways and stairwells full of dead giant water bugs that’s been there for weeks, at night there are dozens of baby frogs, ant and spider problem coming from BEHIND the microwave and inside the wall. thin walls you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The pool has been closed for weeks now. The property is nice but they don’t keep up with the cleanliness of it AT ALL. I’d recommend surrounding properties the money you pay here is NOT worth it
