Shon took me on a tour today for a one bedroom I must say I love the one bedroom very spacious. Shon customer service was amazing I will be applying today. Thanks again shon for your great customer service I’m looking forward to calling rovena my new home.
Shon is really dope every time I need something she is fast and professional. Very personable and just a breath of fresh air! They did the right thing letting her lead and actually make this feel like a community!! Shout out to her !! Get this woman a raise !
I'm a current resident and can not wait until my lease expires to move out. Should've followed my first mind prior to applying because my experience got off to a rocky start. This apartment complex nickel and dime you for every single thing, paying for unwanted, unnecessary amenities that I have no use for, in addition to the expensive rental payments. Moving into the Rovena Apartment Complex should have been an exciting moment due to it’s beautiful landscape and modern architecture. But due to the staff here it was a struggle to get through the process of moving in. Half of the staff was clueless and Shon the assistant manager lacked communication. The communication didn’t improve until I had to call corporate. Even now that I have moved it my experience is still rocky do better.
