Moving into the Rovena Apartment Complex should have been an exciting moment due to it’s beautiful landscape and modern architecture. But due to the staff here it was a struggle to get through the process of moving in. Half of the staff was clueless and Shon the assistant manager lacked communication. The communication didn’t improve until I had to call corporate. Even now that I have moved it my experience is still rocky do better.
I visited this complex today & was very pleased with my experience. I absolutely love newly built apartments so I had to check these out. The apartments are unique & spacious & the scenery towards the pool takes you to another setting. Shon is absolutely phenomenal! She was very informative during the tour & was also helpful to the other tour guide as well. All was good! The apts were more than expected, so very nice and the amenities... Newly built, not to 100% capacity yet but I believe it soon will be and the tenants will love their new home. It's in a good location very near to all the shopping stores and Southlake Mall. I rate the security system to be top notch... The Leasing Associate, Mr. Kevin, represented Rovena very well answering all my questions and showing me around, very patient and courteous... Go see for yourself!!! Hallelujah...
