I'm a current resident and can not wait until my lease expires to move out. Should've followed my first mind prior to applying because my experience got off to a rocky start. This apartment complex nickel and dime you for every single thing, paying for unwanted, unnecessary amenities that I have no use for, in addition to the expensive rental payments. Moving into the Rovena Apartment Complex should have been an exciting moment due to it’s beautiful landscape and modern architecture. But due to the staff here it was a struggle to get through the process of moving in. Half of the staff was clueless and Shon the assistant manager lacked communication. The communication didn’t improve until I had to call corporate. Even now that I have moved it my experience is still rocky do better.
Since I've moved to Rovena at Mount Zion my experience working with Ms. Shon has been very positive. She's always professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect place. She answered all my questions promptly, made the process smooth, and truly cared about my needs. I highly recommend Ms.Shon to anyone looking for a stress-free leasing experience!"
I visited this complex today & was very pleased with my experience. I absolutely love newly built apartments so I had to check these out. The apartments are unique & spacious & the scenery towards the pool takes you to another setting. Shon is absolutely phenomenal! She was very informative during the tour & was also helpful to the other tour guide as well. Only went on tour and the complex and it overall was very promising but the tour was very underwhelming. I had the opportunity to tour with Shon and I was super eager and excited; I did tour early Saturday morning so maybe that’s where the disconnect was but it was clear that Shon was not excited to be there. There was no enthusiasm and every question was answered with “ it’s all in the brochure that was emailed.” That was extremely annoying as I was at the property and I could not understand why the questions could not have... read more
