Albert is the best server bar none! Great food
Our waiter, Spencer was outstanding!
We have dined at Roxy for years, but this visit was awful. Our reservation was a full 47 minutes prior to our actually being seated. It took another 15 minutes before we met our waiter. We did get bread and water as soon as we sat. Our waiter rarely checked on us and we had to flag him down twice. The food was good, as always. The service wasn't up to par.

Affordable steakhouse quality. Our favorite place to eat in reno.
Even with it being a busy Valentines evening we were not made to feel rushed. The service was impeccable from the greeting, to the wait staff and in particular the Sommelier and the most fantastic waiter ever Albert. The food was prepared perfectly from the appetizers, to dinner to dessert. This is not our first dining experience at Roxy’s and they have all been wonderful. A shout out again to Albert for always making it a special and exceptional dining experience.

My husband and I love to celebrate any occasion with a trip to Roxy's bar for a martini and then on to the restaurant for a gourmet meal.
