Waiter service was very slow, food took a long time to arrive

The restaurant was very busy, so service was a bit slow. I felt the options on the menu were pricy and limited compared to the past, but the food was delicious. I had a glass of wine at the Roxy Bar before dinner, and the bartender was not friendly and when I paid cash for my wine and did not pick up my change immediately, the bartender "assumed" the change ($6.00!! for a $14.00 glass of wine) was all for her and picked it up and put it in her tip jar so I had to ask for her to bring the change back so I could tip her proper... read more
Roxy is a great place for a date with friends or significamt other. Good selection of steaks and other non-meat items. Reasonable wine list and great cocktails. And get one of the souffles for dessert. Excellent.
We've been going to all Eldorado restaurants for years with great pleasure. We had a party of 7 celebrating various birthdays. We had delicious martinis, excellent Ferarri Carano wine and excellent service. The food however wasn't up to the Eldorado standards we've experienced in the past. Two of our party had salmon which was over cooked and one had prime rib that they described as not very good. The remainder had chicken, short ribs and filet mignon, all of which were perfect!
After years of walking by on vacations we decided to make dinner reservations for my wife's birthday the Martini were great the service provided was exceptional and the meal was one of the best I've ever had what a great time we had.
