Everything was ship In a timely manner. Nothing was missing. Assembly with the directions was a breeze. The only problem I had was I missed the second gasket when I assembled the skimmer. Over all Great.
Very friendly and helpful customer service. The one of three freight lines they use (Holland) not the same experience with their customer service. However, the driver of the truck was very friendly and accommodating. He communicated often as to when he would arrive.
