The website is easy to use, phone customer support, and prices are great. I'm excited to get the pool and get it set up.
It was easy to get answers to all my questions and place my order, but it was difficult to keep up with everything after that. Apparently it wasn't told to the company delivering that this was a residential area and they needed to schedule delivery, so it was brought while we weren't here and returned. We were able to get things straightened out with the carrier, but one little mistake from Royal Swimming Pools made for a domino effect for delivery. Annoying, but overall still a good experience.
