We decided to use Royal Swimming pools after online research. They have gone above and beyond. After we built our pool, we ordered a cover for the winter shut down through Royal. After we ordered the cover online, we were contacted by one of the men at Royal, to let us know that the cover that we ordered was actually too small! Then they explained that the pool we ordered had the stairs placement that would require a larger pool cover! They had actually checked our order afterward to make sure we ordered the correct size!
