You are the only company with reasonable shipping costs and have the lowest price we have found for this item. All the pre-assembled parts fit easily and everything works fine. It is a very nice unit. I am very pleased. The shipment took 12 days from when I ordered it, but there were 2 weekends so it was only 8 work days. The truck driver was very good and waited until I checked the packages for damage and made sure it was the right item. He was professional and courteous.
