It would be more helpful if the products and prices were on the same page.
Customer service was great! We hadn't received any info on the shipping of our cover and when I contacted CS about it they were very attentive and got to my answers right away. Even following up the day that it shipped. The cover came and looked great. All hardware was there and the installation (with 4 of us) was pretty easy. A bit time consuming, sure, but in the end well worth the effort and money spent. The cover looks perfect and I'd not hesitate to order anything else through Royal Swimming Pools.
