Before I answer the last question I would like to see it delivered and see if that goes as smooth at talking with the wonderful salesman.
Web site is easy to use. Customer service responded right away to confirm the details of the order. Delivery arrangements were very well organized. I won't use the product until next summer so I can't comment on it now.
