I called and service rep sounded bored

had to get a quote just to get product specs
I ordered 5 - 1 liter bottles and received 10 - 500 ml bottles. It would have been nice to be notified I would be receiving the different size product. The bottles are labeled 16 oz./500 ml but 16 oz. is equal to 473 ml. so something is off. I was charged the price of the 1 Liter bottle so I guess it worked out.

the selections in your build a pool feature does not match all available options. system also will allow options that are not compatible such as extended pool liners and sub liners
site easy to use reasonable prices cant wait to receive product
