The pallet the product came on was falling apart and made it difficult to get off the ups truck. Since they shipped ups they don't provide a well enough time frame for delivery so had to wait at house all day. They finally showed up at about 4pm.
Not very happy with the delivery or lack of
The truck driver was a great guy but we had to meet him to pick the pool because the 18 wheeler truck would not be able to turn around easily on the street we live. We also paid an extra $35 to have it delivered with a lift onto our driveway which the driver did not even have a lift to get it from his truck to our truck. Thankfully, I had brought to men with me to meet him and it took all 3 men to move the heavy pallet from his truck to my pick up truck.
