I ordered this on June 16th got my old cover shipped out immediately. Was told price was 999.00 now it's up to 1194.00 plus another 104 to ship my old cover out. Which was fine. Nobody ever contacted me after repeated emails.( 5 weeks my cover sat at Latham pool) Checked order on site it said in progress. Do not understand the 194.00 add on to this order. I'm really hoping this order comes in a timely manner with Nothing missing and no damage. Dealing with the sales people on the phone was a nightmare, so hoping it goes smoother from here so I can give a 5 star after I receive it.
I have been dealing with William B online. He has been great. Looks like I have received everything that I ordered except for the liner, which according to an email I received earlier today, is in transit.

Hi, we have not been satisfied at all. I had to give one star to proceed with this survey. My husband has been trying to contact customer service with no luck. The representative was not helpful at all. We were trying to cancel shipment. Did not realize that it would be delivered by 18 wheeler we do not live in an area in Vermont where that can happen. Did not realize until we purchased online and received a detailed email and have not been able to connect to customer service to get this resolved.
Easy to search for needed supplies but they should have pictures to look at so you know you are purchasing the correct item.
