Customer service was not clear on the shipping

I ordered the pool on 5/23/16. The reason we choose Royal Pools is because the pool was supposed to be in stock. My ship date has been moved back 3 times. Each time I had to call to verify, nobody called me to let me know. As of today 6/20/2016 after my fourth call no one can give me a ship date. Due to the Internet stating the pool was in stock I had the hole dug. Unfortunately the sides of the hole collapsed and then filled with rain just recently, Which cost me an additional $1000.00 to re-dig. I understand it's a manufac... read more

There was no clarification on the difference between standard shipping to canada and ups canada and there was a price difference between the two. I chose the more expensive shipping hoping it will come quicker. Then I spoke with someone on your chat and it took 40mins to get th information I wanted...which was incomplete.

I lost items in my cart a few times and the descriptions under the pool items (ladder etc) you could use more descriptions or pics to illustrate what you're getting.

Took too long to ship. Pretty much used to vendors shipping same or next day. Would have purchased elsewhere had I known.
