Not much different then other mailing sites
Across the board selection, good product descriptions. The pool package option was exactly what this novice buyer needed and unique to the Royal site from the many I researched. The product quality was as promised or better.
I was sold a defective liner. Paid 800.00 to have it put in before realizing it was defective. I felt like Royal should have accepted the responsibility to assist me with the labor cosr to re-replace the defective liner, I will not have any further dealing with this company nor will I refer anyone because of Royals lack of support.
Two years ago I bought a 30 year mesh safety cover and was very pleased with everything and even got a few of my friends to buy one as well, it looked great. Last winter, year two of thirty, most of the springs broke due to the heavy load of snow on the cover and I had a terrible mess in my pool. I purchased new springs this fall at $8 a spring only to find out when they arrived that I also needed to purchase D-rings for another $5.25. I purchased an automatic pool cover after viewing other places online for prices and features. The price was great and so was the product, but my service experience was not ideal. It could have been a fluke, but this was my experience: I purchased the cover online with no issues and was given an estimated time of delivery after talking with representatives online. Pool cover has already ripped. It is junk
I purchased a safety cover for my in-ground pool (Aug 2014) and can't be happier with the cover. We received 84" of snow over a three day period and I was certain that once the snow melted the cover was going to be destroyed. Not only did the cover survive the storm, it looks as it did the day it was installed. We didn't lose a spring or an anchor. You have a customer for life!
