all i've done was place an order. only time will tell.
I like that I can see the product and the prices in real time. Delivery of product was extremely slower than I expected.

reasonable cost compared to many sites. need to improve status of shipment emails each time something changes would be nice. better shipping and faster delivery.
Our entire pool has been backordered, although, our credit card has been charged. How can that be?
Received Incorrect pool and no one at Royal Swimming pools seems to be on the same page? Debbie email me about my wrong pool no follow up, Zach has no idea what's going on when I call to find out about shipment of my correct order, so I send another email wanting a update on shipment of my correct pool and William emails me back tracking information that is the original order which is the incorrect pool. I'm not happy at all with the service I'm getting so order is getting cancelled.

No options on shipping can't tell when it will arrive it says ups or fed ex so I assume within 5 days.
