It was a pleasure working with Isaac Isaac was very good at guiding me through this process and I felt 0 pressure would work with him again if I ever needed
He was very patient with me and answered all my questions the whole process was very smooth and because I am not a computer person. He assisted me how to work on the computer to complete information needed . He would slowly explain why information was needed. Sometimes I would tell him do not know how to do that and Cooper would say we can do this together. He was kind and patient with me thru the hold process.
One sharp dude! Jeremy has been working with me on getting my loans together for the purchase of my home. He has been professional, thorough and friendly throughout the process. He called me just to check in and give me updates, gently reminded me to follow through on my action items. He also helped me with researching for insurance. It was a real pleasure working with Jeremy and I would recommend him to anyone needing a loan.

Refi The process started out but slow but some how Nick got involved and things started moving. When was at the final stretch there was an issue with my pay. Since my job merged with another company things were not adding up. So Nick finally got the issue resolved after having to review paystubs for the prior entire year. He then presented his findings to the approval department.
Mortgage Refinance I met Brian Mbugua online while contemplating refinancing my home to consolidate my debts while putting some money in my pocket. He gave choice and recommended what he felt was the best choice. This guy is polite, unassuming and honest. He touched bases with me throughout the process. I would like to think Brian and his team, Anna for a job well done. I would wholeheartedly recommend Brian to friends and colleagues.
