Royal United contacted me after I submitted a HELOC loan request. They explained the loan type and gave me several options to choose from. They understood that I would be wanting to retire within the next few years so they gave me 3 year payoff plan option to this 10 year loan. I really appreciated that. It showed me that they listened to me and thus met my needs. I would highly recommend this company.
