We appreciate professional service James McIntosh at Royal United was very helpful during our process of obtaining a small home equity loan. He answered questions with specific information, not vague word salad as we had experienced with other loan companies. When we had concerns, he addressed them promptly. Most importantly, James was our point of contact throughout the process. We didn't feel like we were being handed off to a long chain of disjointed individuals.
