It was challenging but overall a good experience. The entire process was pretty easy. The officers were available to answer our questions and their response was very good. Overall, I enjoyed working with them.
Michael made the whole experience a good one and most of all easy. I've always dreaded dealing with loans and the process , as I'm not used to it, but Michael made the process so easy and clear and any question that arose he answered it. Every time he would give us a time frame for answers , he delivered. What we were told to expect never waivered, The transparency he showed in the beginning is the same we received through the whole process.
