*******, was the best, anwsered every question I had, some twice, even helped me when in the middle of this process I had a 4 day unexpected stay in the hospital. I would use ******* again in a heartbeat!!
****** did great with getting my loan approved. Originally there was some discussion about things that were not feasible, such as extra money etc. However, the process was fairly simple and once things were lined out it was easy to complete. ****** worked hard to get the loan to go through.
I have done business before with Royal mortgage, I was excited when ***** called me and told me rates were down. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Refinancing was easy. I will diffently work with ***** again.
I appreciated the way ***** listened to my requests and helped to get me what I wanted. He didn't argue with me and try to talk me into an amount or format that I wasn;t comfortable with. I had spoken with a few other loan places who tried to convince me to borrow more for longer loan terms. This made me uncomfortable. ***** was great.
