I have completed two loans with Royal United Mortgage; a purchase and a refinance. Both loans closed quickly and I was kept informed throughout the process. The people I worked with were knowledgeable and friendly. The closing process was very quick and easy also. I would work with them again!

Working with Elliot and Hannah at royal united mortgage was the easiest experience I have had with my mortgage in general. They were super helpful, on the spot, and amazing to work with. My refinance was closed fast and everything went smoothly. Every time I reached out, I received answers to my questions quickly. I cannot give them enough praise for how helpful they both were during the refinancing process! I highly recommend them!
They lead me on for over three months saying I would be getting the loan. Gave me advice on what to do until I would get the money all to be told after it’s way to late to get a loan and now I will be loosing my home. Please do not go though this company and as far as the next two questions on this complaint I disagree with all of them but it would not let me submit without answering them
Gave them everything they wanted. They literally called my employer without my permission. Stated to me everything looked good and loan was waiting for approval with underwriting. Now two weeks later no return response. Even when I email the managers. Please seek other lenders. I’m out 500 bucks on an appraisal and a hard inquiry on my credit. Buyer Beware, My family and I were looking for a new home and we found this lending company ugh, when we started everything moved quickly communication was on point, as we got closer to our close date communication disappeared between lender and us and the realtors involved. Lendingtree forwarded a request for a home equity loan to royal united. It quickly became clear after being handed from one employee to the next and listening to their repeated conversations this is a low quality financial institution if not an outright scam. I cut contact and went on with my life Days later I get (2) text messages from people claiming to be Vice Presidents at Royal United.
