The customer service was great. The office and rooms were clean. We had taken our first dog to a clinic in Terre Haute. They could not find anything wrong with him that would cause his symptoms. We called Royer the next day@s our dog was worse. They couldn't believe that they didn't do anything. They didn't charge anything for our visit. They were genuinely concerned and did blood work. I would recommend this Veterinary Clinic in Worthington IN to anyone.
We have been bringing our pets to Dr Royer for years. He is so kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy and his staff is great! The walk-in hours are super convenient when you have a busy schedule to work around. The services offered are top notch and affordable. Thank you, Dr Royer, for being such an asset to our community.
I absolutely love that they have walk in services. I have a dog that tends to be hard to control around people he doesn’t know (barking and jumping) and he reacted very well to the people there. Everyone was extremely friendly!
I like it there but I left my dog there two weekends bc me and joe was out of town and when I pick him up and brought him home his harness was on backwards and he drink water like he was dying of thirst
Would like to thank Dr Royer and Dr Rice as well as all the wonder staff in Worthington for doing all they could for my dog. And making his passing as painless as possible for both our family and our dog!!
I always recommend Dr Royer and staff for veterinary care, especially when best value for your money is a consideration.
