The Juarez/Venegas/De La Torre family are very grateful with Roze Room Hospice. We appreciate all the care, help, and guidance we received while my lovely Grandfather Valentin Juarez was terminally ill. We felt in disbelief, heart broken, and alone when other hospices closed their doors on us. They denied services because he was a Medi-cal only patient and was not covered with Medi-care. I am overwhelmingly impressed by the service provided. The staff is caring and prompt, Dr Ella, nurses, social workers, counseling, customer services - it is hard to distinguish someone. Mt the time my Mom got home from the hospital, the nurse was already at home and oxygen has been delivered.Thanks ALL for being so gorgeous and helping people with the ultimate needs. Roze Room Hospice is ordained by God. From my first initial call with Veronica and the hospital case management worker, Veronica's spirit is what made me choose them. They took excellent care of my mom. They genuinely loved her. I thank God that He paired us up because He knew they would care for my mom. Your services during my brother's last week and the day he died were outstanding. By accident, I discovered something that might help your future clients. My computer photo collection is my screensaver, and my brother is in many of the photos that randomly pop up. Every time he's on the screen, I smile and say hi to him. It brings me joy every day.

My husband & are extremely grateful for the absolutely outstanding job my sister in-law's Roze Room Hospice team did in caring for her for almost 3 years. Roze Room Hospice is THE BEST in our minds. What an amazing team! Each member of the team is an expert in their field: Doctor, RN, LVN Certified Nurses' Assistant, Spiritual Counselor, Social Worker, Music Therapist, and many others behind the scenes in the office.
