RecommendedI’ve been with RPM since 2005 and now have multiple properties managed by them. They are very organized and have been super responsive to our requests. They do a great job of screening and finding tenants. I’ve met the owners and staff. They are really nice people. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for someone to professionally manage your rental.

This company is a scam! Do not make the mistake of leasing one of their properties. This company recently acquired the apartment complex I'm living in and has made it the worst living experience I have ever had. They purchase properties that may look nice on the outside but they are completely broken down underneath. They will screw you out of your money after you've signed the lease.. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED...
This company did not get back to me in a timely manner. It took two weeks, several left voicemails to two different people (Scott and Diann), and several emails before I finally heard back. The response I did get was short and dry, and she didn't even bother to help me continue looking for another home (since the one I was looking at didn't work out). Their loss.
