As of today I would not recommend this company. I was scheduled to move in yesterday however this place was NOT move-in ready. I’m moving from a place that is cleaner than this one. First of all NOT cleaned at all. Second carpet was replaced but the padding underneath was not. Cheap as all get out looks like vinyl tile flooring. Baseboards not replaced so there are jagged edges all along the walls. Not repainted. Nail holes in walls. Hair in cabinets and drawers. Mould and dirt in refrigerator. Literally the worst rental experience of my life. I was a tenant of over 10 years and always paid my rent on time. I took great care of the property, and went above and beyond what is asked of a tenant to keep the property looking good. These people are a slumlord management company that do not have the interest of renters at heart, only the interest of property owners. Please stay away from this company as you will be sorry if you do not!
