Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that when I made the initial appointment, I made it clear I wanted an ultrasound, however that did not make it to the doctor somehow. Dr. Federico was very cold. He didn’t believe that I had requested an ultrasound during my call and even said “we’ll have to check the phone recordings” - the nerve. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sanderson for years. Now that she’s joined the larger practice, I find the office desk staff unfriendly - as in not even a smile. There was offensive programming on in the waiting room and my doctor now has a time limit for how much time she can spend with me. Very upsetting.
I arrived 15 minutes early as asked to do for paperwork. I have been seeing Dr. Sanderson for +/-20 Years. I understand Covid makes it difficult but there was only One seat available in the vestibule of the waiting room. I did not get into the exam room until 45 minutes past my appointment time. I also understand delays due to "a new system" but I believe the real problem is overbooking. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes before I was shown to an examination room. The doctor was curt and abrupt (no apology), and walked out of the exam room without telling me we were finished with the exam. She said she would write a prescription for me, but didn't. Also, she complained about other patients while I stood in the hallway with her. I've seen this doctor for more than 20 years....but will not go back to her!
The whole appointment was excellent except the receptionist. She never even said hello. I stood there for 2 minutes before she asked, “Name.”
