It was a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. Both receptionists were amazing with relaying information and trouble shooting issues. Dr. Kessel, was thorough and had amazing bedside manner. I did not feel the appointment was rushed, and I left feeling well informed about what’s to come. My ultrasound tech and phlebotomist were both super friendly! Everyone made me feel super comfortable at my visit, as if I’d been visiting the practice for years. Dr. Romero is an excellent doctor! She is friendly, asks questions, and listens to my concerns. Dr. Romero with years of experience is an expert and professional in her field. As one of her long-time patients, I am very satisfied and happy to have her as my doctor. I have never had a problem with the staff, everyone has been nice to me.
