In my opinion, I had unusual circumstances when it comes to being approved for a loan. And the lending team didn't give up on getting the needed documents to me, keeping me informed on what else the UW may need, and ultimately, with the extra hard work we all did. Rudy was very helpful, trustworthy, quick to respond and made the experience great. It did take a lot longer than I expected and I do wish payments were send directly to creditors and not me slowing down the payments, but other than that it was a great experience.

Rudy was thoughtful and helped with any questions I had. His response time was amazing. I work in customer service and he is what I aim to be to my customers. The only reason I gave an 8 out of ten in likely to recommend was your outside vendors. I feel I chased the appraiser for responses, I had two calls with your outside verification to my prior lender because they failed to get all the info needed on the first call. The notary was hours late, and was not reachable by phone.
