Absolutely do not use them for recycling. We paid for recycling service for 8 months and it was picked up maybe 3 times. Despite being notified of the issue previously, no refunds were offered. We paid for 8 months of a service we didn’t receive.

I am in the process of selling my house. I called and let them know I needed a couch picked up and the lady said they would pick it up if I locked the arms and foot rest down so I ducked taped them in place. The day went by they were supposed to pick it up and I called and she said it has to be 100% wrapped in plastic. That would of been nice to know up front. Now a photographer is coming to take pictures of the house and Im stuck with a couch sitting out front. Service is a joke from this company.

Good service with the exception that they tend to forget about my recycling container. For unknown and unexplained reasons they just don’t empty my recycling container. Sometimes it’s just for one day and sometimes it might go for multiple weeks. They always apologize, but never really explain why. Very annoying.

I've been a customer of Rumpke for several years and received good service and cooperation from them. I always try to place my garbage cans available and in good condition. The drivers have always been courteous and helpful.

The prices keep going up and up charged for extra things like a tv etc. I guess inflation but I don't have much choice here. If I could haul off my self to drop center without charge I would. But service is pretty good.
