I am in the process of selling my house. I called and let them know I needed a couch picked up and the lady said they would pick it up if I locked the arms and foot rest down so I ducked taped them in place. The day went by they were supposed to pick it up and I called and she said it has to be 100% wrapped in plastic. That would of been nice to know up front. Now a photographer is coming to take pictures of the house and Im stuck with a couch sitting out front. Service is a joke from this company.

I have had pleasant experiences with Rumpke. They are consistent and timely. Even on holiday weeks. I can schedule pick ups online for large items and they always pick up trash day. I wasnt thrilled when prices went up a few months back but every service is going up so I'm not shocked. Other than that, I'm happy with their services

Absolutely do not use them for recycling. We paid for recycling service for 8 months and it was picked up maybe 3 times. Despite being notified of the issue previously, no refunds were offered. We paid for 8 months of a service we didn’t receive.

The prices keep going up and up charged for extra things like a tv etc. I guess inflation but I don't have much choice here. If I could haul off my self to drop center without charge I would. But service is pretty good.

Rumpke is a very dependable service. We’ve never had a missed trash pickup even during the terrible January weather this year. Our driver provides excellent service. Their rates for trash pickup are very reasonable. Overall experience is great!
