This company charges twice what Advance charges PLUS a fluctuating fuel charge! If there is another company you can go with, avoid these scammers- they are unable to explain why they charge so much when you call. They also don't return calls when you leave a message even though their policy is a call back within 24 hours.

Every time they get a new driver my dumpster are missed for weeks! It's my second job to call when they miss. Currently the dumpsters were not emptied by Friday as I was told and the supervisor I spoke to never called Back as promised. I can't believe the amount of time I've spent in the phone calling them to do the service I've paid for ... and it's not cheap. We have had service from Rumpke for a number of years. The recently changed their pickup day and have not picked up our trash on the "new" day since July 4. I have attempted to get some resolution to this issue with no luck. They will not provide me ( or our neighbors ) a logical explanation for this debacle.

Our scheduled tradhnpick up is Wednesday. They missed our road completely. We called them Thursday and they said they would schedule a pick up for Friday. This is Friday and now with 3 FULL trash cans the driver scheduled to collect our trash rescheduled it for Monday!!!! Callings a complete waste of time as they can't help at all. Do not use if possible

I initially chose rumpke because they were the least expensive of the two providers in town; that is no longer the case. I have had continual problems with poor service in the four years that I've been with them. I've had to call numerous times because they used to leave my bins out in the middle of the street sometimes even tipped over when they picked them up. Well Rumpke strikes again, they "accidently " dumped my personal trash can in their truck. I can't use their massive oversized 96gal can so I had contacted them last week that I would be continue to use my 64gal. There was a small email exchange happening while looking for a solution and poof my can just gets dumped. They are not taking any responsibility for the can saying it happens and offer me $20.
