a visit from Joe S to my company office re dumpster service in Royalton was very pleasant and professional. Very helpful, Will change to Rumpke! Annie
Bought out Mid-State and rates remained the same. Whenever trashed was missed; called and it was picked up next day. Great service so far.

For the most part the service has been good. There were several times they did not pick up all the trash or if there was road work they did not communicate when the trash would be picked up.

I have had Rumpke for going on 5 years. I have received great service, notifications when the holiday will interrupt my service and when the next pick-up will be, so there is mo guessing. Your bill climbs a little during your period but it is not outrageous and it keeps our country clean. We do love our service.

I LOVE Rumpke! I am in Mt. Vernon OHIO!!!! In the 8 years we have been back in Ohio I have had them at the two homes we've had. They have NEVER ONCE let me down. When I have called they have always been nice, answered any questions I have had and made sure my trash was picked up. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Rumpke is always very efficient to work with by phone, drivers are always there on pickup dates, and we are always notified if there is a change made in our service. The drivers are courteous.. even when our dogs bark at them from our yard.. and they do an excellent job. Much appreciated!! I don't know what more you could ask for!

I normally do not leave negative reviews but I am so annoyed at the level of unprofessionalism with this company, I feel I need to warn other businesses to look elsewhere here in Cleveland. This company has zero customer service skills. We cancelled our service with Rumpke well over a month ago and are STILL waiting for them to pick up the dumpster that is now overflowing with trash. We have called numerous times and have gotten nowhere. Every call is sent to a voicemail that often times go unanswered. We still have not been... read more
They failed empty a can full of garbage on pickup day. I called them same day and they said they would swing back today or tomorrow. Never happened. I eventually brought the can back to its spot. I had then wait a week for pickup.
Worst service possible! Left mattresses and box springs out for normal pickup. All wrapped, sealed, with a bow tie...ridiculous.. only took one mattress. Called Tuesday (twice), Weds, Thurs. Same response: They will be out in next 24-48hrs. Asked for a supervisor: None available Trash company all around (literally). I would be embarrassed to work for this company. Avoid at all costs.
