The rating of 3 stars is only due to my curiosity. I see rave reviews on birdeye... Then I see what the people of Google say (Google being way less controlled by "buying votes". I hear about different fees and several other complaints. Is there anyway that they take advantage of people, even though they signed with the closing agent who was all of 21 and this was his third signing, that perhaps they beef up their amortization schedules, underlying closing fees, etc? My beginning experience with Rushmore was rough but I have seen great improvement after making contact with Nathan Daman. He has been able to help by starting to have my issues resolved with loss draft department.
These people are so so so nice and helpful, i was so stressed out and the gentlemen took control and made everything so much better

When we were transferred to Rushmore from Wells Fargo I was scared after reading all the bad reviews..well other than the fact I was in the middle of a home modification and things were further slowed-- I am VERY HAPPY with them so far..Their streamlined phone system is fantastic and so far I have been treated with courtesy & like they care about me as a customer. I hope they continue this great service!
