It is hard to get someone on the phone a real human voice.
My experience with Witley was exceptional as I called earlier this month to make February payment and was told I owed nothing as it was paid. Slight oversight on your rep. Whitley corrected the error and assured me no late fee as I was calling to make March payment. My compliment to her for not allowing me to get upset. She is a skilled professional at customer service.
