Very happy with this storage location. The access hours are convenient and the location is very secure. There is also a RV dump station available on-site which is a plus. We called around before selecting this location and this one was the best value for us.
Very happy keeping my RV stored here. Site is secure and clean. Access is easy, though maybe just a little tight. Also like the fact that the site is paved asphalt instead of dirt. One time a neighbor in the space next to me clipped my RV when they pulled theirs in. The staff was super helpful putting me in touch with the other party right away to get damages fixed. We moved and could no longer keep our RV at home, and went to this place (now RV Storage Depot) and were very happy with the service that we received. When we realized that they had a location closer to our home, they were willing to let us move there without penalty even though we had agreed to a 6 month contract as part of a special deal. Kudos to Lorraine and Fernanda for their outstanding customer service!
A bit pricey but worth it! Staff treats you like family and you know your stuff is safe. I wouldn't store my camper anywhere else. They have many location here in oc
Don't waste your time with this place. Customer service gave me 2 quotes on two separate time but could not reserve a spot as requested since they are a call center. Even though I called during office hours. Customer service advised someone will return my call before end of day on both occasion but no return call even a week later. So I decided to drive to location and book a storage spot but person in office said we have nothing available at my requested size. Really??? VANDALISM AND RV DAMAGE!! And they didn't even have the common courtesy inform their customers! We went to retrieve some items from our rv. We noticed our outside compartment doors open. They had been pried open! We notified the office and were told that the incidents happened back in November. Anyone would think that since several rv's were broken into that the facility would notify everyone that stores one there...NOPE! Unbelievable!!!! We are aware of the issues that our facility has had in recent weeks. There has been a homeless problem in the area in the last few months. Every day our onsite manager does a walk thru of the yard checking the fence line and every vehicle. If we noticed any type of break in or something amiss we have contacted the customer. If I can give them a zero- I called and was looking for a space for my RV- the incompetent girl at the main office said "oh yes we have one" she took my name and phone number and said they would hold it for me- I drive for 45 minutes on a Friday and get there to be greeted by Saint Flores- I told him I had called and he chuckled and said "they told you we have one? The two times I've needed to be somewhere the gate was either blocked or didn't work. The lady that answers the emergency line is useless.
