I have been there for 6 months. Two weeks ago I was victim to vandalism and theft of tire covers. My coach is brand new. I have contacted the office personnel several times and always get "I'll get back to you after I review the film". My unit is literally right under the camera. I still have heard nothing from management and will be looking for a new space. My advice, go somewhere else.

They have two big problems here. Part of the dump station have remnants of a washrack there that I have bumt my head on several times inkluding bleeding. Also the pavment there is leaning the wrong way, so you cannot emty the tank fully. I have brought this faults to the attension, but they have totaly ignored it,very sad!!! I would give it five stars if this problems is solved, it is in a exellent location.

Thank you Ivan for bringing your concerns to our attention. We are not ignoring you but unfortunately they are not things that we are able to handle at this moment. We are going to be reinstating the use of our wash rack so we will not be removing it. If you need help using the dump station please let us know, we can have one of our maintenance staff help you with it, we do not want you getting hurt. they used to have a helpful gal working here. Their conter person must hate her job. rude, disinterested and very unhelpful. Too busy with herself to care. Would never try to rent a uhaul here..Please back anyone else.
