The turn around time was fast. My only issue was having to resend correspondence and answer the same questions multiple times.

It was a rough start in the beginning but Ryan and Jacklyn are amazing. They explained everything my husband and I did not understand.
When starting this process. I was very skeptical on how this was going to happen, but you were very positive and kept me well inform with how everything was going. I was surprised at how Mr. Bruff handled things and I am very thankful and pleased with thee outcome of how he did his job. The people he also has surrounded with him are also amazing and were very helpful. I will always be indebted to Mr. Bruff.
