The entire process from start to finish was very smooth. Closing only took an incredible few minutes which was nice. Ryan was on top of everything the whole way, I always got through to him whenever I called, even after hours, and he always had answers to my questions. Once things get settled with my new home, I will be looking for a rental property on Oak Island, I'll definitely be reaching out to Ryan to handle that mortgage, and will highly recommend him to anybody shopping for a mortgage!

Our only difficulty was with scheduling the closing. It was scheduled without discussion with us on a good time and we were never notified of the date and time. Everything up to that point was ideal.
Ryan Bruff and his team were TREMENDOUS to work with. They’ve helped us with two mortgages through Atlantic Bay and both were a breeze. Even when I was a nervous wreck, Ryan reassured me that everything would work out ok. I am so thankful for Ryan, his team and Atlantic Bay Mortgage. Everyone that I dealt with (Ryan, Gillian and Jordan)were all extremely helpful with the entire loan process. The requirement list and documents were easy to follow and let me know exactly where I was in the process.
