I'm not just saying this to leave a great review... This was the easiest transaction of this type that I've ever done. VIP and Ryan's staff have thought of everything. Documentation collection was a breeze, signing documents and communication all very easy. I will definitely seek Ryan out again if I ever need any mortgage funding again!
