It was great because we finally got a house but the whole process was a bit annoying. My husband’s work was called at least 3 times (weekly) to verify that he still worked there. My employment had to be verified multiple times. We needed to show an excessive amount of paystubs and bank statements. Obviously we are good with money, our credit is excellent, but I felt we were treated as we were financially ignorant .
Ryan and his VIP Mortgage support team did an outstanding job providing us a great home loan package. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable and pro-active. Second time utilizing VIP Mortgage and second great experience.
Ryan was very personable. My real estate agent, Melisa Camp with home smart (which was also phenomenal if you’re looking for an agent) referred me and and response times were super quick which is vital in this market and his entire team was on the ball and helped me close quicker than my initial close date! And they offered me the best rates! And recommend a home owners insurance company, their rate beat my previous rate. I highly recommend the VIP team.
