We believe that Ryan and Melissa did the best they could to make the process painless for us. We were aware that the volume of loans they were processing was very high, so we understand that delays in communication were just a result of the overwhelming number of loans they were trying to move through. If we asked a question, we got an immediate response and our effort was minimal overall.
