Clear and responsive communication
Ryan came highly recommended from a realtor who I know and trust. She said Ryan was honest, great to work with and would get me a good interest rate. All that was true. Communications with his office were clear and understandable and although the whole process took longer than anticipated, everything ran smoothly.
Like the previous time, it was very easy and professional.
I am very pleased with my experiences using VIP Mortgage and working with Ryan and Melissa. I have purchased a home and also completed two refinances with them, and they have been so amazing! They are always efficient and helpful. They work hard to do their best for their customers. I couldn't ask for a better group of people.
