Overall experience is just okay. For the most part, the entire process went smoothly. However, the communication piece between all parties was lacking a bit. Example of this is not reading documents from the seller (Opendoor) for how names were presented. Timeliness was another factor. This process could of been much faster if the underwriters worked more efficiently. Example of this is asking for specific things only days before closing; which could of been asked earlier.
