Ryan and his team made obtaining a home loan a smooth process. Although they are miles away, I felt that they were nearby. Whenever an issue arose they were quick to contact myself or my realtor via email, text, and phone which was very convenient. I work night shift so my schedule is a little skewed. They were available to speak with me at my convenience most of the time. And when they weren't available, they got back with me ASAP.
Ryan worked hard to get them best possible rate. He even worked during his day off to help me out.
There seemed to be wires crossing at times between Ryan and Melissa.
