Ryan was great to work with and very responsive. One small detail was missed by his team, which was the refreshing of credit check within 10 days of closing since the loan documents were finished early. This made the closing day stressful as the title officers and seller didn't know why the bank wasn't funding and transferred that stress on to me. However, luckily Ryan was available when I called him and was able to correct the situation quickly which I greatly appreciated.
