From the moment I made an offer on our new home, Ryan was right there to guide me through the process. Day one he was working on my pre-qualification letter at 9 PM on a Friday night and that commitment held steady. He was quick and efficient in all interactions and I felt that I could call or email him at any time. His patience and "southern hospitality" were certainly appreciated.

Hassle free on both sides of being a buyer and seller. The process was smooth and very quick. The numbers given for closing were as close as it was when we closed. The only thing I would mention that was a negative, was not everyone was aware that I was working with open door as the seller and buyer. This was a unique situation. I was told of this from someone at Open Door. They said I was the first person they worked with who use them for the purchase and the sell of of our home.
Ryan is very Customer Service oriented and responded immediately to any concerns or questions that we had. He was very thorough in explaining all the documentation that was sent to us and he took the time that we needed for him to walk us through the numbers on the Loan Estimate. Ryan is a consummate professional and it was a pleasure working with him.
