Ryan Ramsey and the Stockton Mortgage group were efficient and courteous throughout the process. Ryan was quick to answer emails and phone calls and always had the answers to my questions. The video emails sent out that inform the customer about the current status of the loan and guidelines on what to expect are also a nice touch.
