Ryan Richardson's honesty/patience. His quote was really competitive and the best part was that it was given to us upfront (right from Day 1). This is very hard to find in loan officers/banks these days. He also took time in answering our questions and honestly, I ask LOTS of questions, so that tells us how patient he is with his customers. 10/10 for his customer service.
