Ryan did a great job. I was just dissastisfied with Underwriting has they failed. Even after Ryan consistently tried and supplied paid receipts to them to remove two required creditors they were requesting i pay off (which had already been paid off). So these funds were taken from my cash out and this later resulted in additional work on my part after closing as those two creditors did not accept the checks since they would have to send me a refund, so i had to go back to title co.

I have completed three home refinances over several years with Ryan Virtue at Amerisave, and he has always done a great job. The process of refinancing a house is in itself an archaic, daunting experience. Through the craziness of the entire loan process you need a sounding board that will guide you through the mire to the finish line. The process is tenable to climbing mount Everest with a good Sherpa! Ryan Virtue is the Loan Sherpa! I won't do another loan without him!
