My whole refinance process was very disappointing. I started the process in July and just closed as of a week ago. Ryan was always great to work with. The overall process was very frustrating. As of October i went on maternity leave from work and The underwriters were giving so much push back regarding my work documentation. Communication seems to be an issue within the company. I had finally scheduled closing after 5 months and 2 other people called to reschedule the date. I’m glad it’s over.
