Ryan Walmsley was absolutely fantastic. I first contacted him after hours on a Saturday night and he was able to get me prequalified for a home loan by 10am on Sunday morning. He was always quick to respond and had no problems answering any and all of my many questions. Ryan was always proactive when it came to letting me know the things I needed to complete in order to close as early as possible. We so enjoyed the process of buying a house (how many times did I think I’d ever say that???). Ryan and his team (shout out Charles) were so great and awesome to work with. They made the process so easy and kept us well informed along the way. This is our third time buying a place and I can say it was by far our easiest. Everything was timely, moved in early, all in all excellent and would recommend a hundred times over. Thanks again!

Ryan was great, answered all my questions as a first time homebuyer and explained the process for me, including making a few explainer videos. Was disappointed when the closing credit disappeared after they agreed to waive the lender appraisal, and I was not informed that could be removed because of that, but perhaps they really aren’t related.
