We so enjoyed the process of buying a house (how many times did I think I’d ever say that???). Ryan and his team (shout out Charles) were so great and awesome to work with. They made the process so easy and kept us well informed along the way. This is our third time buying a place and I can say it was by far our easiest. Everything was timely, moved in early, all in all excellent and would recommend a hundred times over. Thanks again!
Ryan was great, answered all my questions as a first time homebuyer and explained the process for me, including making a few explainer videos. Was disappointed when the closing credit disappeared after they agreed to waive the lender appraisal, and I was not informed that could be removed because of that, but perhaps they really aren’t related.
