Ryan made our first home purchase happen. He figured out pretty early in the process that we can qualify for a Freddie Mac, which is a much better option than the FHA loans. I had no idea what a Freddie Mac was prior to Ryan! And I am glad we went with this option. In fact it was a team effort between him and his wife Ashley (she was our realtor) who stitched it all together. We met Ryan when we purchased our first home in 2015. He has always been helpful with any mortgage questions we have. When we were cold called about refinancing, we immediately called him to see if he could help us instead. We will use him whenever we are doing anything with our mortgage. He’s the best!
